Their signature Stovetop House Blend is accompanied by rotating seasonal guest blends, currently Brazil’s Alice Estate with notes of Hazelnut, butterscotch and caramel. Head chef Damien Clark and his team have perfected the art of the unexpected with modern takes on all the OG brunch favourites like the Stovetop Benny with braised beef rib and fried potato waffle, Miso & Sake Cured Salmon and Raspberry and White Chocolate Waffles.
