A fresh new look for Yellowglen Terrace (previously Yellowglen House)will provide race-goers with the ultimate VIP experience with some of the best views of the track at this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival. Co-styled by New York based jewellery designer Samantha Wills and French paper artist Marine Coutroutsios, Yellowglen Terrace will house a social media hub and will be hosted by ambassador, lifestyle blogger and racing enthusiast, Emma Clapham, throughout the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Yellowglen Terrace’s new light filled structure boasts an elevated viewing platform with uninterrupted views down to the winning post and a themed cocktail bar with garden seating – the perfect place to spend an afternoon at the races.
Samantha Wills will be attending Yellowglen Terrace on AAMI Victoria Derby Day and on each day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival she will add her glamorous touch to the white Terrace by styling the space with coloured accessories to match a varietal of the Yellowglen Colours range (White for AAMI Victoria Derby Day, Yellow for Emirates Melbourne Cup Day, Pink for Crown Oaks Day and Red for Emirates Stakes Day). Racegoers will be encouraged to frock-up and accessorise accordingly.
Upon admission to Yellowglen Terrace, race-goers will enter the social media hub at the track, where guests can take their own ‘selfies’ with cameras that post straight to their own social media platforms. The hub will feature a ‘paper art wall’ by Coutroutsios, an interior designer from Burgundy who now resides in Sydney honing her unique paper art creations.
Once inside, a range of sparkling drinks and cocktails are on offer including Yellowglen’s four signature Colours (Yellow, Pink, White and Red), Yellowglen Peacock Lane by Samantha Wills, the lower in alcohol and calorie Yellow 65 and Pink 65 as well as cocktails, Midsummer Night and Strawberry Fields, infused with the Colours range.
A highlight at the 2014 Melbourne Cup Carnival, Yellowglen Terrace provides a VIP experience for ALL general admission race-goersfrom Saturday 1 November to Saturday 8 November. Yellowglen Terrace will be located on the public lawn east (next to Myer Fashions on the Field) at Flemington Racecourse and is open to all ticket holders on the following days:

Yellowglen has a long and proud association with Victoria Racing Club, and is the Official Sparkling Wine of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. This is the third year that Yellowglen Terrace has been a key feature of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
