With one of Melbourne’s biggest sporting events of the year finally upon us, Heineken Saturday will return to the Rolex Australia F1 Grand Prix on Saturday 24th March with a killer line up of top international and Aussie acts!
Headlining will be a DJ set from global superstars Apl.de.ap and Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, with UK star Luciana also making the journey down under to keep the track side party going.
Young Franco and Thandi Phoenix will team up to perform an explosive mix of their electronic and dance sounds. Thandi will take to the stage following an incredible 12 months which included a national tour and hand-picked to perform with Pete Tong and the 65-piece Heritage Orchestra. The duo will perform hits including ‘Drop Your Love’, ‘Miss You’ and Thandi’s new single, ‘My Way Out’ (out March 23), produced by UK based, chart-topping band Rudimental.
Melbourne based electronic band Nite Theory, featuring DJ producer Andy Murphy, are currently one of the hottest new live acts on the scene in 2018. They will take to the stage to perform their smash-hit ‘Just A Dream’, which recently hit number two on the ARIA Club Trackers Chart.
Heineken Village will offer event goers a lively atmosphere to enjoy the on-track action, music performances, ice cold Heineken, Heineken 3 and Birra Moretti, and a range of delicious local dining options. Sliders on Tyres¸ one of Melbourne’s most popular food trucks, will serve up handcrafted sliders and delicious treats; Jimmy Grants will have the finest Greek street food on hand to delight while 400 Gradi will dish up authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas
